Inpatient Treatment Services

Phoenix Health Services provides an individualized, holistic approach to treatment for those who are struggling with moderate to severe substance use, alcohol dependence, and co-occurring disorders. Participants reside at the facility;  treatment is provided in a safe structured living environment that allows for physical, physiological, spiritual, and emotional healing. Participants receive around the clock care from a team of professionals; physicians, nurses, therapists, peer counselors, and clinical staff. Phoenix Health Services knows that each person will start their journey somewhere different and take their own path towards a life worth living. Participants will be surrounded by a strong support system providing encouragement throughout the recovery process free from outside distractions, while engaging in a healthy recovery journey.

Phoenix Health Services recognizes the importance of a holistic approach to treatment for addiction and the fact that every individual requires unique care. Person centered services begin by helping participants identify and utilize opportunities for recovery and sober living through our Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization services.  This treatment incorporates multiple group sessions, one-on-one sessions, weekly therapy sessions, life skills training, gender specific groups, relapse skills, and coping skills; as well as Medication-Assisted Treatment as an important component in providing a holistic approach to the treatment regimen.

 

Our overall objective is to help each participant achieve sobriety and reach their individual goals by providing them with the necessary knowledge, skills, and habits to remain free from addiction as they reenter into the community.    *Supportive housing is available for those individuals in need of housing during the recovery process and thereafter.

Putting You First

Our Supportive housing/Half-Way Houses model the responsibility of independent living skills, budgeting, vocational training, job search assistance. This level of care is designed to improve the participants' ability to structure and organize the tasks of daily living, stabilize and maintain the stability of the individual’s substance use disorder symptoms, and to help them develop and apply recovery skills.

Outpatient Treatment Services
Half-Way Housing

Outpatient Treatment will help participants continue on the path towards lasting sobriety by entering a healing group environment focused on mental health, sobriety, and independence. Phoenix Health Services recognizes that staying connected to a counselor, therapist, or support group is important to maintaining sobriety.   One of the biggest tasks and final steps in the recovery process is community integration; Phoenix Health Services participants will receive consistent emotional and therapeutic support throughout the recovery process, as they ease back into communal life.

Participants in this level of care will spend time living in a stable, structured environment where they can practice coping skills, self-efficacy, and make connections to the community including work, education and family systems.

 

The skilled treatment services include individual, group and family therapy; medication management and medication education; mental health treatment; motivational support, engagement strategies; recovery support services; counseling and clinical monitoring; MAT; and intensive case management, and psychotherapy for individuals with cooccurring mental illness.

Outpatient Mental Health Services

Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It may affect an individual’s ability to relate to others and function in daily life. Through a holistic approach of treatment, we integrate psychosocial rehabilitation, peer support services and supported living services into our treatment regimen. These added supports give individuals served at Phoenix Health Services the ability to overcome their mental health conditions and go on to live a fulfilling life.

Adult Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP)

With a focus on life skills training, linkages, and community engagement. Adult participants with severe mental illness; will receive high quality PRP services as they enter into a culturally diverse, integrated system of behavioral health treatment tailored to their specific needs. The skills addressed focus on management of mental illness, independent living, working, and social functioning. Consequently, PRP participants will live successfully in the community.

Residential - Level 3.1

Participants in this level of care will spend time living in a stable, structured environment where they can practice coping skills, self-efficacy, and make connections to the community including work, education, and family systems.

Low intensity 3.1 services are provided in a 24-hour monitored residential environment.

​

Both clinical services and community-based recovery services are provided. Level 3.1 requires at least 5 hours of low-intensity treatment services per week, including medication management, recovery skills, relapse prevention, and other similar services.

​

In Level 3.1, the 5 or more hours of clinical services may be provided onsite or in collaboration with the Outpatient Services Program.

A team of credentialed medical, addiction, and mental health professionals provide clinical services.

​

This level of care is designed to improve the participants' ability to structure and organize the tasks of daily living, stabilize, and maintain the stability of the individual's substance use disorder symptoms, and to help them develop and apply recovery skills.

The Level 3.1 program is an appropriate setting in which to address participants' needs with regard to employment or education; reintegration into the family; and better health and nutrition practices. Activities that educate, inform, and build skills in these areas directly benefit the participant.
